Refund policy

At Fuse we are very proud of our manufacturing process and we offer a 90 day warranty on any manufacturing defects with a repair or replacement offered free of charge. This warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear or any mishandling that has not been in accordance with our care instructions .

We have a 14-day return policy for all on line purchases , which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We are unable to accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons . 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags still on the jewellery , and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at fusesilver@bigpond.com. We highly recommend that you return goods to us by registered mail to ensure safe delivery to us . 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt  and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged . 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale goods. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
